話說半年多前，曾經有一位網友說有個好用的Webcam專用伺服器，推薦給我。小弟上網研究了一下，發覺真有其獨到設計之處，從那一刻起，就已經吸引我想購買的念頭。不過那一陣子剛好在研究 palantir，所以就先忍著沒衝動入手。

上個月無意間看見有特價出現，二話不說就直接入手了，這一個月來，雖不敢說深入玩得透徹，但也把大部分的功能試過一遍，果然是個好物。

基本上這是一台體積精巧的 webcam server，大小約半個香煙盒，上頭有著兩個USB，一個RJ-45，一個RJ-11(RS-232)，還有一個約 2x3cm 的 LCD 顯示器，整體重量卻不到80克。USB界面主要就是用來界接 USB 規格的 webcam，支援市場常見的晶片，不用擔心買不到相容的 webcam，原廠會附一組 webcam 給你。除了 webcam 之外，USB 還可以插 wireless dongle 或 USB 隨身碟，馬上搖身變成無線IP Cam 或 DVR 監視錄影機。

別小看這不到80克小主機，其功能是不容小覷。首先網路方面支援常見的DDNS服務，方便一般用戶可以從遠端連回家監看即時畫面。webcam 功能除了一般監看之外，還支援移動偵測、排程錄影及事件通知等功能。搭配自家設計的 NetFeeler Lite 環境偵測主機(選購)，還可以發揮防火防盜等特異功能。

其操作界面，完全以Web方式，同時可支援12種語言，簡單明潦可以馬上上手。

使用一個月以來，我常在公司連回來查看家裡狀況，同時也在上頭外接 USB 隨身碟，作為移動偵測錄影，這段期間 iCamView pro 一直很盡忠職守的扮演好精巧守衛者的角色，這樣的好物值得推薦給大家。
